Software Assurance Standard

SWA Standard is the base software assurance program that includes:

  • Software patch updates
  • Bug fixes
  • Entitlement to major software releases

Premium Software Assurance

In addition to everything in the Standard subscription, the Premium subscription provides you with:

  • Support 24 hours a day, seven days a week 
  • Remote support & case management
  • Access to Mitel's online end-user training
  • Mitel's Performance Analytics, a software tool helping to pro-actively monitor and analyze your Mitel system in order to maintain optimal performance and assists the support team in resolving problems quickly. Problems are resolved faster and often before users are impacted.
